KUSA - Veterans Day is Friday, Nov. 11, and many businesses are saying "thank you" to veterans and active military members by offering freebies and deals on food and drinks.
If you're a veteran or an active member of the military, you might eat for free all day on Friday! Just remember, many of the offers require a military I.D.
Panera Bread's 38 Colorado locations are offering free coffee and a free bagel with cream cheese to all active and retired military personnel.
Buffalo Wild Wings is offering free wings for veterans and active-duty military. Dine-in customers can get a small order of traditional or boneless wings and a side of fries.
Veterans can enjoy discounts at the Denver Zoo on Friday. The zoo is offering 50% off food and beverages and 40% off all retail items.
IHOP is offering a free stack of their famous Red, White, & Blue Pancakes to all veterans and active duty military to show their appreciation this Veterans Day. IHOP's Red, White, & Blue Pancakes feature 3 of their world famous buttermilk pancakes, topped with glazed strawberries, blueberry compote, and whipped cream. These patriotic pancakes will be available from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. for any veteran or active duty military.
Fees are waived for all national parks on Veterans Day. Entrance fees are also waived for BLM lands.

Red Robin is inviting all veterans and active duty military members to enjoy a FREE Red’s Tavern Double burger with Bottomless Steak Fries on Veterans Day.
Red Robin is also donating $10,000 to the United Service Organizations (USO) to provide assistance to military service members and their families worldwide.
Grateful Bread Company in Golden will offer a 25% discount on all of handmade artisan breads, pastries, pretzels and freshly milled grits and whole grain flours on Saturday Nov. 12 to all veterans and active military. After Nov.12 Grateful Bread will offer a 15% discount every Saturday to all military personnel.
At Chipotle from 3 p.m. to close Friday all U.S. military, military spouses and veterans get a buy one get one free burrito, bowl, salad or tacos.
Ziggis's Coffee, which has 8 Colorado locations, is offering Veterans a free 16 ounce drinke of their choice throughout the day. They're open until 9 p.m. Friday.
Do the Bang Thing Salon, a Veteran run business in Denver, will be closed for normal appointment Friday so they can offer free haircuts for Veterans and their families. Free services are first come, first served between noon and 5 p.m. Any tips will be donated to the VFW Post 1.
The Dumb Friends League is waiving the adoption fee for all pets for military members on Friday, Nov. 11.All cat and dog adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip identification implant and a free office visit with a participating veterinarian. The standard adoption-screening process still applies during all waived-fee promotions.
Waterway Carwash is offering free car washes and discounted gas for honor and recognize veterans and current military service personnel. The FREE washes will be given at all six Waterway locations in the greater Denver area, rain or shine.
Car washes are free on Veterans Day and every Wednesday in November.
Declaration Brewing in Denver is offering two free beers for Veterans and happy hour prices.
Denny's is offering millitary personnel a free Build Your Own Grand Slam on Veterans Day between 5 a.m. and noon.
Cracker Barrel is serving up free slice of Double Chocolate Coca-Cola cake for all military veterans. It's available for customers who dine in only.
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is giving our military members a free meal from open to close, no purchase required.
Wayback Burgers in Englewood is offering a free Wayback Classic Cheeseburger with the purchase of any side and a drink for all active and former military personnel.
Little Caesars is offering one free HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo to all veterans and active duty military members all day long on Veterans Day. No ID required. The combo includes four slices of Detroit-style deep dish pizza with pepperoni and a beverage.
Applebee's Grill & Bar is offering free meals for Veterans.
Bonefish Grill is offering free Bang Bang Shrimp to all active and retired service members with a valid military ID.
Olive Garden restaurants will offer a free entrée from a special menu to active-duty military and military veterans. The special menu features six of Olive Garden’s most popular items. Entrées are served with unlimited homemade soup or famous house salad and warm, garlic breadsticks.

LongHorn Steakhouse will offer a free appetizer or dessert (no purchase required, no restrictions) to anyone showing proof of military service. In addition, LongHorn Steakhouse will offer 10% off for all guests that dine with Veterans on November 11.
Chili's Grill & Bar has a special menu veterans can select a free meal from on Veterans Day.
Outback Steakhouse is offering a free Bloomin' Onion and a beverage. Outback also is offering active and former service members 15% off their meals and their families between Nov. 12 and Dec. 31.
Ruby Tuesday is offering free appetizers up to $10 for Veterans with a military ID.
